Revocation Form

Please make sure to fill in all the required and mandatory informations. 
Otherwise, Hervé Chapelier's company won't be able to accept the return and to proceed to the refund.

According to the Article L 121-20 and seq. of the Consumer code, any customer who wishes to return an Hervé Chapelier's product must fill out the return form and send it back to the Hervé Chapelier customer service at online@hervechapelier.com within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the order. The customer must then ship the products at the address indicated by the customer service, in its original packaging or any other protecting packaging, within the fourteen-day (14) period after filling out the return form.  The customer will bear the costs and risk of such a shipment.  A copy of the Returns Form should be included in the package.  Please refer to our CGV to have further information.
