What colors are available for the item I’m looking for?
All colors displayed online are normally available for purchase. However, stock is limited, and some colors may be temporarily unavailable when you place your order.

Please note that Hervé Chapelier collections renew their color ranges every Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter season.

Do you offer gift wrapping and personal message?
You may request gift wrapping when placing your order.
It consists of a pouch sealed with the Hervé Chapelier logo and tied with a branded ribbon.
You may also add a personalized message to your order at checkout at no additional cost, whether or not you choose gift wrapping. Your message will be printed on an Hervé Chapelier card and included with your order. For more information, please consult our Shipping policy or contact our Customer Service.
What is the delivery time for orders?
Confirmed orders are shipped within seven (7) business days after order confirmation via FedEx or a similar express courier.
Delivery usually takes between five (5) and ten (10) business days after shipment, depending on the destination and courier limitations.

Are there any taxes for orders shipped to the United States? to the other countries?
French value added tax (VAT) does not apply to shipments to the United States.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange my product at Hervé Chapelier?
In accordance with Article L121-20 and subsequent articles of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to return a product purchased on our website within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, without justification or penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change an item, you must first return the original product in accordance with our return policy. Once your return has been processed and refunded, you may place a new order for another product.
After completing and sending the revocation form to our Customer Service department, you will be reimbursed:
- For orders delivered within the European Union: all sums paid, including delivery costs
- For orders delivered outside the European Union: the price of the returned item only, excluding delivery costs and customs duties
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
