Exchange and return

Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of the right of revocation provisions of article L 121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to return or exchange a Hervé Chapelier product purchased from the website within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products ordered, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties, except the return shipping costs.

 

To return one or more products: 

     1. Complete the revocation form available here, making sure to fill in all the required fields. 

     2. Send the revocation form to the Hervé Chapelier's customer service through the email address online@hervechapelier.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order.

 

Hervé Chapelier's customer service will then get back to you with more information on the return procedure and address.

     3. Send the product(s) indicated on the revocation form in their original packaging and condition, with all labels and accessories, at the latest within fourteen (14) calendar-days of sending the withdrawal form by email (step 2) to the return address indicated. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and the revocation form with your return. You are responsible for organizing the return shipment with the carrier of your choice, and we recommend that you use a tracked parcel service. You are responsible for all costs and risks associated with this shipment. Products purchased online via the website can only be returned by post to the address indicated by Hervé Chapelier. No store returns will be accepted.

     4. Upon receipt of the returned item, Hervé Chapelier will examine it.

     5. In the event that the returned product is not damaged, worn, deteriorated or soiled, Hervé Chapelier will reimburse the customer as soon as possible and at the latest with fourteen (14) days from the date of effective receipt of the revocation form (step 2): 

- in the case of customers who have ordered products delivered within the European Union, all sums paid, including delivery costs,

- in the case of customers who have ordered products delivered outside the European Union, the amount of the sale price of the returned item, excluding delivery costs, unless special legislation applies to the customer, depending on the country of delivery.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

 

Hervé Chapelier will proceed to the refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction. If this method of payment has expired, please contact Hervé Chapelier's customer service to change the method of reimbursement. No reimbursement will be made other than to the exclusive benefit of the customer who paid for the order, even when using our gift service, or to a recipient of the order other than the original customer.
